Macaroni Recipe

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:
2 cup pasta Macaroni
1/2 tablespoon fresh garlic/ garlic powder
2 tablespoon corn flour
1 cup milk
1 cup chicken (small cubes)
1/2 cup capsicum (optional)
1/2 cup ketchup
Salt and crushed red pepper to taste
Oil

Directions:
1. In a big pot add 3 glasses of water and put it on heat. Add a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of oil to water. When water comes to a boil, add macaroni. After 10 minutes strain and pour cold water over macaroni. Put it in a bowl and add 1 tsp of oil to avoid sticking. 
2. On medium heat, add 3 tsp of oil to a pan. To this add chicken and capsicum and let it stir.  Cover it for 5 minutes and then take out in a plate.
3. Add 3 tsp of oil in pan, on medium heat. Add fresh garlic/ garlic powder and corn flour. Let it stir. When its color turns brown, add milk.
4. When it starts to thicken, bring heat to low and add ketchup, macaroni, chicken and  capsicum. Add salt and crushed red pepper to taste.
5. Mix everything together. Cover it for 1 minute so all the flavours get to know each other. Then turn the heat off.
6. Serve in a bowl and enjoy.
