Milk Chicken
Servings: 5-6
Time: 40 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 kg Boneless chicken
3 tomatoes (finely chopped)
2 eggs
2 cup milk
1 tablespoon ginger paste
1 tablespoon garlic paste
2 tablespoon black pepper
Salt to taste
Directions:
1. To make marinade, add chopped tomatoes, garlic ginger paste, eggs and salt to a bowl and mix together. To this add chicken and let it stay for 15 minutes.
2. After 15 minutes, add oil in pan and to this add marinated chicken. Keep stirring until oil leaves sides of the pan.
3. Now add milk and black pepper and cover with lid. Let it cook until milk dries. Make gravy of desired consistency and then turn off the flame.
4. Dish it out and enjoy with naan / chapati.
