Brownies Recipe

(Without oven)


Serving: 10-12 pieces
Time: 1 hour

Ingredients:
👉 For mixture:
2 eggs
3/4 cup castor sugar (powder form)
1/2 cup oil or melted ghee
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup all purpose flour

👉 For baking:
Baking pan
Butter paper
2 tablespoon oil to grease pan
Big pot (in which baking pan can fit properly)
Salt (to add to bottom of pot)

Directions:
1. Put pot on medium to low heat and add salt to its bottom. Cover it with lid and let it heat for about 10 minutes.
2. Then grease the baking pan with oil. Now put butter paper in baking pan in such a way that paper has flaps sticking out of pan so its easy to take brownies out. Then grease butter paper with oil.
3. Now in an open bowl add eggs and sugar and whisk by using fork / whisk. Then add oil and mix everything together. Make sure there are no lumps in it. 
4. To this mixture add cocoa powder and mix with light hand and dont whisk a lot.
5. Then add flour and fold everything together with help of a spatula. Don't overmix it or brownies would become flat.  
6. Pour this batter in baking pan and put it in preheated pot. Cover with lid and bring heat to low. Let it sit for 30 minutes. After that put a toothpick in batter to check. If it comes out clean then the brownies are done. If stick has liquid batter on it then it needs more time. 
7. It takes about 35-45 minutes to bake depending on heat.
8. When done, take pan out . Now take out brownies by holding butter paper carefully. 
9. Let it cool. Cut into squares and enjoy.
