Chocolate Cupcakes Servings: 10-12 cupcakes Time: 20 minutes Ingredients: 👉 For batter 1 cup all purpose flour 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1/4 tablespoon baking powder 1/2 cup oil 3/4 cup castor sugar (powder form) 1 egg 1/3 cup milk 👉 For baking 12 silicone cups Baking tray Oven Directions: 1. In a bowl sift all purpose flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and keep it aside. 2. In another bowl crack the egg and to that add castor sugar and mix by using a whisk/ fork. Then add oil and mix it. In the end add milk and mix everything. 3. To this batter add your dry ingredients and mix gently by using a spatula. Mix gently leaving no lumps but try not to over mix it. 4. Line silicone cups on a baking tray and pour batter into cups. By using a spoon fill 3/4 of cup space.
